LOW JENG-TEK

Director

The Homestead Group is a real estate investment company which specializes in creating new value in both old and new properties – Quadrant, O22, and Homestead Halls. From 2006, we started acquiring apartments to try to improve the Postgraduate Housing experience.  We furnished the apartments beautifully and rented them exclusively as full service premium apartments. This was our first “living solution” called The Residences by Homestead. With The Keystone, which we launched in 2018, we have five standalone projects which augment the community with the aim of Building Priceless Relationships.
